Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the SpeakPing application ("App"), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Service Description

SpeakPing is an app that helps build a daily language speaking habit through answering one question per day. The app supports multiple languages.

Important note: SpeakPing is NOT a language learning app. The app does not provide lessons, does not grade, and does not evaluate right or wrong. Its sole purpose is to help you maintain a daily SPEAKING habit.

3. User Accounts

You can use the App without registering an account. However, to sync data across devices, you need to sign in. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login information.

4. Subscription Terms

4.1 Plans

  • Free: Free, 1 question/day, contains ads
  • Premium Weekly: $0.99/week
  • Premium Monthly: $1.99/month
  • Premium Yearly: $14.99/year (save 37%)

4.2 Payment

Subscriptions are paid through your Apple ID. Prices may vary by country based on Apple's exchange rates.

4.3 Auto-renewal

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.

4.4 Cancellation

To cancel: Open Settings on iPhone → Apple ID → Subscriptions → SpeakPing → Cancel Subscription. After cancellation, you can still use Premium until the end of the paid period.

4.5 Refunds

We do not provide refunds for used subscription periods. Any refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple according to their policies.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the App for illegal purposes
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App
  • Share Premium accounts with others
  • Copy or distribute App content

6. Intellectual Property

SpeakPing and all content and features are owned by us and protected by copyright law. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App.

7. Disclaimer

SpeakPing is provided "as is". We DO NOT guarantee that using the App will make you fluent in a language. The App is only a tool to help maintain a speaking habit, not a comprehensive language learning method.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpeakPing is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from using or inability to use the App.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without reason, with or without notice. You may stop using the App at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the new terms.
